Foursquare 36 is a beautifully renovated three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse for holiday rental in Barbados. The property is located in Rockley Golf and Country Club in the parish of Christ Church. As you enter the property there is lovely living area with comfy sofas and a flat screen TV. The dining area is located just off of the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with small and large appliances. There is a covered patio with great views of the 5th Fairways of the Rockley Golf Course. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom, a small patio and queen bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a singled bed. All bedrooms have ac and both bathrooms have a shower stalls. There is a communal pool which is centrally located within this cluster. Residents of Foursquare 36 can enjoy tennis, golf and there is a bar and restaurant on site. Rockley is within walking distance to beaches, cafes, banks and supermarkets in Worthing.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dish washing and laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Foursquare is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas. PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
