History
Established in 1988 Fairways Real Estate at Rockley headed by Mrs. Barbara Allan (now Director) started with sales and rentals. As the business grew so did the demand for property management and in 1990 a division was created in the company to specialize in this area. It was also in 2003 that Fairways Real Estate and Island Gold Realty with Paul Allan (now Managing Director & Director of Sales) merged, which again expanded our portfolio. To date we have a portfolio of over 100 properties which we manage and rent, also offering re-sales and sales and other related Real Estate Services

In 2003, Fairways Real Estate merged with Island Gold Realty, led by Paul Allan (now Managing Director & Director of Sales). The merger expanded our portfolio and allowed us to offer a full suite of sales, re‑sales, rentals and management services across Barbados.
Today we manage and rent a portfolio of over 100 properties, providing owners with peace of mind while delivering consistently high standards for guests and long‑term tenants.
