Sapphire Beach 303 is a three bedroom, three bathroom, beachfront apartment for holiday rental, located in Dover, Christ Church.

Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 3 is next door to the hallway bathroom. RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 6 people)

• Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $450 per night
• Christmas (20 December to 5 January) USD $690 per night
• Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $600 per night

PLEASE NOTE ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate includes maid service twice a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing and laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
