Luckily, Barbados has lots to offer for the entire family. There is no time to hear “I am bored” on this island because there is too much to do. Here are 5 activities you and your kids will enjoy when visiting Barbados.

1. Submarine ride

Who would not enjoy going on a submarine and looking at the underwater world happening right in front of your eyes? It’s truly an adventure for the whole family. Atlantis submarines will take you and your family to view a shipwreck under water to look at all the tropical fish from up close. If you are trying to create lifelong memories, I suggest you start with this one.

2. Safari

There is something about kids and animals that we cannot explain and should not attempt to. Island safari will take you on an off-road adventure and bring out the adventurous person inside of you. There are cliff edges, a tropical rainforest and blow holes on this safari. This may seem far from the sunbathing session you were planning, but it sure makes for a good old time on an island.

3. Underground adventure

Barbados is a fascinating island with so much to offer. Harrison’s cave is one of the top spots for family fun mixed with education. Your kids will be able to learn so much about the history of Barbados as well as some scientific facts as well. It just gets better and better as we go along. Snorkeling is big in Barbados and you and your family can join in the fun. Many of the resorts in Barbados offer a variety of water sports included in your package. If your package does not include snorkeling, you should definitely sign up for it. Take your whole family for an undersea adventure and swim with turtles.
