As with all units at Ocean One, this fourth floor end apartment features a large balcony from which guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. This apartment benefits from the availability of a fully furnished beachfront cabana which can be rented at an additional cost.
Ocean One 401 offers en suite bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as a fully equipped Italian style kitchen with all appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a 27” flat screen TV with cable and there is also a 36” flat screen TV with cable in the living area.
This South coast condo development offers guests and residents full access to the communal pools, state-of-the-art gym, tanning facilities and loungers on the beach. In addition, Maxwell Coast Road is walking distance to all amenities on the South coast.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)
Summer (15 April to 15 December) — USD $350 per night
Christmas (15 December to 9 January) — USD $550 per night
Winter (15 December to 15 April) — USD $450 per night
- The minimum stay is 4 nights.
- An optional beach front cabana is also available for rental with this unit.
- Rates for the Cabana: in Summer $100 USD and in Winter $150 USD.
- The rate includes maid service twice a week.
- All linens and towels are provided.
- No overseas calls are allowed on the telephone.
- For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.
- You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.
- The communal pool is equipped with several loungers & umbrellas.
- There is a 25% deposit due on booking.
- Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival.
- Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard, wire transfer or US International Postal Order.
