This second floor end apartment, as with all units at Ocean One, features a large balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. Ocean One 204 offers an en suite master bedroom with a Queen size bed, 32” plasma flat screen TV with cable and a shower in the bathroom. The second bedroom is also en suite with  a tub/shower and a Queen size bed.

All rooms at this South coast beachfront condo apartment are air conditioned with ceiling fans, and there is a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen with a GE profile double-door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, waffle Iron and blender. The living area boasts a 42” Plasma Flat Screen TV with Cable and there is TV Security Channel 10 that shows entry gate camera view.

Ocean One condo is gated and offers a communal pool, children’s pool and a jacuzzi, as well as a state-of-the-art gym and tanning facility, available to use by all residents and guests.
