The villa is located on the stunning north west coast of Barbados, in the parish of St Peter, on a select ridge top, ensuring a pleasant cooling breeze. it is in a quiet residential area with very little passing traffic and friendly neighbours.  The villa is fully enclosed with entry via electric gates to the  driveway, framed by landscaped gardens, leading to the front of the property and the garage.

Inside, the villa boasts a spacious open plan living area, comprising a comfortable TV lounge, casual sitting room and more formal dining area, each section having double opening doors to the pool deck and ceiling fans. All windows and doors have security bars and mosquito nets.

The large kitchen has ample storage and counter top and all the pots, tableware and cooking utensils you will need.  There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher,  microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and outside is a rotary clothes line for drying.

A room with shower, toilet and basin is also direct accessible from the pool deck.
