Lemon Arbour 545 is a bright and airy one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for holiday rental within Rockley Golf & Country Club, Christ Church.

The apartment is located on the first floor and comes fully equipped. The bedroom offers a king size bed, built in cupboards, dresser and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with small and large appliances as well as crockery and cutlery. The living and dining area open on to a lovely patio which has views over the 3rd and 4th Fairway of the golf course. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed and a/c. . There is an additional patio which looks over the pool and adds a comfortable space to relax and entertain.

Lemon Arbour offers a central pool and laundry facility which is available to all residents and holiday guests. In addition, guests can use the golf course and tennis courts by making a booking at the pro shop which is situated at the club house.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $140 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $175 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
