The concrete floors are mainly tiled with ceramic tiles and with clay tiles in the remaining sections; there are built-in cupboard in the kitchen at floor and shoulder levels; there are built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The windows are fitted with burglar bars and some windows are protected with hoods and shutters. There are air conditioning units in place; the exterior is trowel plastic finished while the interior is painted. There is hot and cold water plumbing and a solar water heating system installed.

SITE

This ridge lot is irregular in shape at road level and slopes gently upwards at the rear. It has an area of 14030 square feet; the frontage is 81 feet and the average depth is 187 feet; it is bounded on the north by lot 1; on the south by lot 2B; on the west by lot 2A1 and on the east by a paved road (information taken from survey plan prepared by F. H. Godson, Land Surveyor and dated 10th November 1987). The lot commands a panoramic view overlooking the Sandy Lane Golf Courses, the scenic west coast and out to the sea.
